I'm not sure if this was actually an interview for our team - as we had a well prepared panel interviewing for our only administrative position, and interviews (in person) did not begin until January 2017). Filling the HR position (our only open Admin role) was a process that we prepared extensively for, as it is integral to our success as an employer with a high retention rate and happy employees.
