The interview initially seemed promising, as the hiring manager indicated that I would be moving on to the next round and expressed confidence in my fit for the role. However, I was subsequently ghosted by both the recruiter and the hiring manager. It’s disappointing and unprofessional to receive such assurances, only to be met with complete silence—especially after providing the hiring manager with the opportunity to communicate if I was not the right fit.
