Applied and heard back from a recruiter the same day. Scheduled the phone screen for the following day and for a full hour phone interview the day after that. Next day I met with the manager via video call and received and offer immediately after. Process was extremely and impressively fast. Within 9 days of applying I was able to negotiate salary and accepted the position.
