HORRIBLE!! 1. They do not have a recruiter / HR to talk. They directly started off phone screen. 2. I thought all tech companies did a coding round where we screen share. Zirx had a horrible way. The interviewer asked me a question and asked him to "EXPLAIN" the code on phone. 3. The interviewer wanted to know the exact answer he was looking for. I gave other solutions and close to what he told. He seemed disinterested. He did not follow solutions. It was so hard to explain on phone. 4.If you are looking for a professional hiring process DO NOT interview here.

It was HORRIBLE !!! There was no HR contact. An engineer calls you and asks you some question on basic Data Structures. Seems easy but...... I tried to give him three perfect solutions but he was not convinced. He has some solution on his mind and he wants us to explain the algorithm in his way. He cuts us a lot in between and wouldnt mind us completing the solution. After 30 minutes of me convincing him I just gave up and realized that no matter what he is not gonna listen to my solution as he has only one solution on his mind. I feel, only Allen Newell, Cliff Shaw and Herbert A. Simon - can convince him. At last, I have a question - were you interviewing me to test my knowledge or yours?
