Processes to the Second Round which was a 1 hour WebEx session which had two parts: 1. Behavioural - why ZS? Why this role? 2. Business Case - linked to the main area of expertise of the firm Was then invited to the final round in Frankfurt. Business Case: half an hour to go over data and answer a set of questions (quantitative and qualitative) on the case. Then another half an hour to go over the case with the interviewer Was invited for lunch with an employee to get to know the firm in a more informal way.
