An aptitude based online test consisting of basic questions and then followed by video assessment. Shortlisted students were called in for interview round based on an case study. HR round had generic questions eg. Tell me about yourself, why do you want this role.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
