Entrevista
ZS organised an online aptitude test. This was an elimination round and if you scored better than someone else, you will qualify for the machine interview.
Aptitude test had nice questions. Focus on data interpretation, probability and PnC.
You need a working laptop with a webcam and a recorder to give the machine interview. Questions can be anything - I had a guesstimate and a couple questions on Java (Checked and unchecked errors).
If you qualify the 2nd round, you'll be called to ZS Gurgaon office for the case study round. Case study rounds are pretty fun. Ensure that you have your SQL basics very good.
Case study round interviews last around 40-60 minutes. If you clear this, you will have a F2F interview. When I gave it, the interviewer asked me about my technical knowledge, my projects and a few puzzles. This would can also act as the HR round so be confident and speak in English.

There are 8 balls. All of them look similar and feel the same. However, one of the balls is heavier or lighter. How will you find which ball is different? You have a conventional weighing scale available.

I gave a case study interview where details regarding case were asked, also my approach how to find records for each column was asked. We were given time to solve case study for 1 hr and then this interview was taken.

Dreadful, haphazard and extremely unprofessional.
The selection is based on who could be a better scapegoat, or who wouldn't question when relentless work will be given.
The interviewers have no communication amongst themselves, so each candidate will be judged on random questions. Interviewers are extremely unprofessional, the way they talk, the arrogance they show, is all because they don't want to be taking the interviews in the first place.
I saw extremely worthy candidates being rejected and average ones being taken ahead.
If anyone gets rejected, well many better companies out there, who will respect your work and life both, won't burden you with relentless work, and will pay you for your effort.
And to the managers taking the fit rounds etc get off your high horses, because you were in place of these young determined candidates at one point. Don't just reject people because of your own damn insecurities.

Normal process consisting of DI and analysis. HR interview was also very interactive. Interview was more for testing analytical skills and communicational skills as well. Knowledge about company work and background was also checked.
