Everyone was very nice and friendly. There are behavioral, structured interview and unstructured interviews. you will face 3 different interviewees for these 3 parts. The HR is very friendly as well. I forgot to submit my cover letter when applying to the company and they still gave me first-round interview.

they asked me how to install 2 elevators for a 20th-floor building.
Phone screening > 2 case study interviews + personality/fit/general interview > offer. There was 3 month gap between phone screening and getting offered the first interview which was not the most ideal.

Typical case study questions that you will be asked in consulting interviews. There was a qualitative case with one interviewer and a quantitative case (with graphs/figures) with another interviewer.

Entrevista
Very pleasant and straight forward. Consisted of 2 rounds - the first one being one case, and the second being two case interviews and one behavioral. You have about a week notice between rounds, which gives time to prep. There are also practice cases online that help a lot!
