Submitted cover letter and resume online. Received a phone interview. Phone interview was merely instructions on the next steps in the application process. The immediate next step was to take an online exam determining EXCEL skills. Ultimately declined offer to travel to Princeton, NJ to participate in in-person interview. Important suggestion is to actively communicating with the recruiter as they will not make the next move unless continued interest in the position is shown.
