I had a disappointing experience with the interview process. It spanned over four months and included five rounds of interviews, mostly scheduled late in the evening IST to accommodate interviewers based in the US. Unfortunately, despite completing all rounds, I never received any feedback—positive or otherwise. Given the time and effort involved, especially in a process centered largely on behavioral questions (which don't have clear right or wrong answers), some form of closure would have been appreciated. It's disheartening to see this level of communication from a reputed firm in the pharmaceutical domain. I hope they consider being more respectful and transparent with candidates in the future.
