Applied online - was asked for an initial interview with Hiring Manager and then with the Team Leader. Overall, the process took really, really long. The interview itself was rather easy; nothing difficult. Sometimes the manager was on holidays, then the HR went on annual leave, and finally the Team Leader had to take days off due to personal issues. Afterwards, tried contacting via email / phone -but I received no response from HR regarding the outcome - they even deleted my online profile!!? I was left with a thoroughly unprofessional impression.
