1. General interview with a kind of head hunter (Zalando employee) 2. General interview by a Head of Engineering 3. On site interviews (in Berlin Tech HQ): 1 interview with 2 HR Business Partners, and 3 technical interviews with 3 Heads of Engineering All the interviews were classical, discussing about relevant experience. The interviews were balanced between my answering their questions and their answering my questions. All the interviewers were very kind and respectful. They seemed honest, and did not try to hide any issue they may have.
