The interview process is good but unfortunately, a bit too complicated for a Junior position. I had to done a test first. After that, I had an interview with the members of the hiring team. This interview was nice well organized with good questions and conversation. The last stage was an on-site interview with all of the hiring team member and their lead seperately. This was a series of 5-6 interviews and lasted for 5 hours. However, the general experience was quite good, I learned a lot from the team. Unfortunately, even to the last stage, the test result that I had done at the beginning has never been mentioned or asked, which I believe is a showcase for my ability. That was a negative from the hiring process. Even I did not get the position, but the overall experience was good. After that, the hardest part come when I ask for the travel reimburesement. It took me over 2 months to receive the reimburesement, and when they did, they transfered me less than my expenses. Many emails have come from me but they did reply to 1 or 2 about this problem. Last time, they said their finance team lost my PDF file but they did not ask me to send it back to them. After that, they transfered me some money, which is less than my expenses. Because of that, my experience with Zalando got down to the bottom.
