I applied online and they contacted me via email around 2 weeks after. I was then asked to submit a project and had 3 days to do so. Around a week after they confirmed an interview. It lasted about 45 minutes and they asked a lot of questions regarding my cv and the social media landscape.

It starts with a screening call with the HR Manager, then an Interview with the hiring manager and finally different Interviews with members of the team which you're applying for. They never get back to me...
