There were 5 rounds in total. First interview with the recruiter, to check if the experience matches the open job position and to collect the details like: availability and salary expectations. Next round was with the team lead and one member of the team - asking situational questions - prepare yourself using the STAR method. Another round was with 2 other members of teams working closely with yours. 4th round was with the team lead and it felt like the "final aproval" from Zalando side on whether or not you fit to the team. Finally the last round was with the recruiter again to go over the details of the contract. It was all very organized and smooth, although it lasted for around 2 months in total.
