You are invited to the customer care offices of Zalando for an interview. You are received by the head of the customer care section you applied for and are being explained the job and details around it. To proceed further, you are being given a simple test about customer care in general but more broadly how to handle a customer in certain specific situations. Although it might seem a bit difficult, the team assisted me and helped me through each steps.

Pretty fast. You apply online and they email you in the next two days. You will first get a 15 min call interview then you are supposed to have a 45 min online interview with a written test (email). I did not pass it despite having experience in the hospitality industry and being French. And, obviously, no explanation given. They just send a basic generic rejection email two days after.
