The first interview started in early November by HR 1. After that, HR 2 arranged an interview with the user at the end of November, I received information from HR 1 in early December that my interview process was ended. Then, in mid-December HR 2 contacted me that I would proceed to the final interview process which consisted of 3 parts, namely: Capabilities/Motivation; Scope & Impact Interview, team fit/ meet the team Interview, and Technical capabilities Interview. The interview process was carried out the week before Christmas week. My interview process was arranged by HR 3. Then, finally, in the second week of January, I received information that I did not receive an offer from HR 1. The interview process was quite good, but there was a lot of ambiguity from the HR side which made the interview process so long and unclear. I also don't get clarity on what happens in the initial process. There was also an error on the part of HR who gave an invitation that was unclear and not in accordance with the position offered.
