I recently had a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager at this company, and my experience left me somewhat disappointed. While I understand the necessity of time constraints during interviews, I felt that this duration didn't allow me to adequately showcase my abilities and qualifications for the role. I could not even introduce myself properly, only a quick summary once I also had questions about the role because I wanted to check if was a good opportunity and if it matched my goals. So, my experience was not good this time. :(

I had a great interview experience. The first round was with HR, where they explained the position in detail and asked about my motivation for applying. The second round was with the manager, who asked a few profession-related questions and inquired about my previous experience. After that, I was given a case study to complete and present to the manager and team lead. Finally, there was a concluding round with both HR and the team lead. Overall, the process was smooth and positive, taking less than a month from my application to receiving an offer.
