The position I was applying for magically turned into a Junior level on my very final presentation day without having heard any mention of it before. The expectations on working under stress and doing repetitive tasks was very clear. The "time is money" approached seems the most important factor for the role. Absolutely no mention to salary retribution or the budget allocated for this position. The total absence of feedback after being rejected with a copy and paste email without even the closing signature reflects the importance Zalando's is given to its candidates' time and effort.
