Interviewed for Senior Full Stack Developer at Zchwantech (PJ Uptown office) Had a face-to-face interview at their PJ Uptown office. The interviewer and HR were very friendly and welcoming, which helped ease the atmosphere. There weren't any technical questions asked during the session. Instead, the focus was more on problem-solving—questions like how I’d handle a situation where a microservice goes down, performance tuning strategies, and token management. They already knew I didn’t have much experience in some of these areas, so I believe they were more interested in seeing how I think through problems and approach challenges logically. Toward the end, there were also some behavioral questions. The overall process was smooth, but I never received a clear response after the interview. I followed up with HR a few times, and they mentioned they’d update me by the end of the week, but I didn’t hear back after that. So I assume it was a no.
