The interview process had two technical rounds. The first round was conducted by an external company as an initial screening interview, while the second round was conducted by a Zemoso employee. One thing I noticed was that they take interview fairness very seriously. In both rounds, I was asked to show my laptop setup to ensure that no unfair practices were being used during the interview. Overall, the experience was structured and professional.
