Entrevista
Applied online through Zenefits portal. Was contacted about 1 week later for a call screening. The screening was asking my background, general admin questions and explaining the position. The call went well and was immediately offered an onsite interview - which was on the following Monday. At the onsite interview, met with 4 ProdOps managers. Asked the general background questions and each described what the roll would look like. Each 30 minute interview mostly consisted of them explaining the position after asking a lot of basic questions. Received email the next email to set up call with Director of my team. Then the next day, received an offer. Very quick process.

Entrevista
Started with a phone interview. Asked questions behavioral questions and about why I would want to work at Zenefits. Next step was an in person interview with multiple employees. Each interview lasted about thirty minutes. They followed up the next day with the results.

Entrevista
The process started with a typical phone screen. Nothing out of the ordinary; just the type of questions that you'd expect. After that there was a four part on site interview. Three interviews were behavioral and the last part was a test to see how you'd handle customer cases. Overall, it was a great experience. It was challenging but straightforward.
