Ghosted after 4-5 rounds over a two-month process. They never sent a rejection email to close the loop professionally, but I do wish their team well. So, the red flags started when two (yes two) people forgot about two separate interviews. Those interviews were rescheduled but the process felt chaotic and unprofessional.
I ultimately never heard back from anyone. Luckily I got another (amazing) offer from a different company. But I’m sharing this anecdote for anyone else considering an interview.

During one interview, I was asked how I handle “cultural differences” with how the company founders like to give feedback. It was expressed that feedback from the company's owners often comes across as very rude and direct "in their culture" and how I handle that type of stressful, high-pressure feedback. (Tell me the team is unhappy without telling me your team is unhappy. ;)
