Very disorganised interview process. Expectations are not clear in the interview and they have very different salary and experience benchmarks compared to the market. Does not make sense to interview with them if you have good experience.

There were three rounds of interviews — the first focused primarily on my CV, the second covered my CV and project management–related questions, and the third was a fit and culture check.

Tell me about yourself? Why Project Management? What is Agile and Waterfall?
Very poor interviewers, simply wasting time. Recruiter was helpful. lot of chaos. would not recommend for PM role, since if interview is like this - wlb would be even bad.
