It was supposed to be 3 interviews. 1st with one attorney, Second with HR, followed by a more technical interview with the current data analyst and some second attorney. While the first 2 interviews went well, and professional. They had me confirm my third interview (with times they provided days in advanced) only to discover that no one would show up. I waited the full hour giving the firm the benefit of the doubt and thinking no ill will. When I emailed HR about it, I was told 24 hours later that I was 'no longer being considered' rather than taking accountability for their lack of professionalism. There was no cancellation notice, no acknowledgment that they dropped the ball. Which was a shame because they seemed very promising throughout the process. All I can say is I'm happy I dodged a bullet here.
