Entrevista
First met with a recruiter at a College Career, following day recruiters did personal interviews with collegiate candidates. If selected recruiters asked you to completed an online application, which was emailed. Group of about 12 visited office location to see office environment, conduct a personal interview with a manager as well as three-typed essay questions regarding sales, business skills, an example regarding a difficult situation which you showed adversity. Upon successful completion of the in-person interview, met with the recruiter one last time, and was informed would be notified by phone if position was offered or not.

Entrevista
I applied online through a job seeking website. I got a call after 2 months about the vacancy. The HR executive confirmed my availability in next 2 days and scheduled my interview after 2 days in evening. I reached on time. After waiting for about 35 minutes, I was called for interview. Interview took about 15 minutes. I was told this was the final interview.

Entrevista
Fast and effective in the process of bringing on AEs. They only limited to 1 interview and a phone call. Overall effective placement and flow of the interview. Not to many people to track or keep in order.

Entrevista
There are usually 3 total interviews after the initial screening. You will have a manager, director and VP interview you. Very basic questions involving sales and problem solving. The questions are not difficult, but they will make you think about prior experience. Bringing in ammo that can display your sales and diagnostic skills will be helpful. Remember to ask questions along the way. They use QBS, question based selling, as their main selling approach.
