Since I was interviewing for a very crucial role, my interview process was very strategic. I interviewed with five people through a Zoom chat ( two recruiters, HR manager, CO office manager, and San Jose office manager). My last interview was onsite at the KS office with the sales and tech manager. During the process I never felt uncomfortable, ambushed, or attacked. They were all very happy, sweet and knowledgeable. Interviewing with each individual made me more excited to work for Zoom because I was able to see the passion and love they had for the company. It showed me that people can be happy with their career and mean it. My Zoom chat interviews were very consistent and I did not find myself waiting days for responses or feedback. This was probably one of the most relaxing and fun interviews I have had. I laughed and got to know each person that interviewed me.
