I was asked to interview and provided availability several times, but nothing was ever scheduled. After following up with the HR contact who then asked me to schedule a meeting time for the next day, she failed to join the interview and never responded to my follow up email about alternative times that might work better. I was disappointed to discover online that this appears to be a common theme in Zoom's recent hiring practices.
