      Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Zoom Communications (Bengaluru) em out. de 2021

      Entrevista

      I was interviewed for Zoom Video Communication, Bangalore location. It was a great experience knowing about the company culture while going through the interview process. The interviewers make you feel so comfortable and give you all the time to express yourself. The smile on their faces makes you feel so happy and that's what shows the culture of the company. The interview and onboarding were really quick and smooth. From day one, the HR team was so supportive and they provide you slots at your convenience and assist you with every single query. I was given the meeting links in the invite which are one-click solutions and very easy to operate. There was no delay in the offer letter, as within 2 days of the final round I got the offer call. The interview rounds were good from a technical and customer obsession perspective. The focus is more on SIP/H323, basic networking knowledge along with experience in the video domain. Along with the technical part, customer obsession and handling is the prime focus. I would really like to say this was my best Interview experience and all excited to be part of Zoom.

      Entrevista

      4 interviews 1) with recruitment, 2) technical interview 3) support manager interview 4) senior Support manager interview The last with Senior Support Manager was not good because I believe the internet of the senior Support manager connection was not good. So I didn't understand most of the words while he talking. And after that I got negative response. The reason was my English. I tried to explain him that the connection was not good but didn't help. Strange part is until the 4th interview everyone things that my English is good but got negative response at the 4th interview. I think it is not possible to pass 3 interviews if I dont have good English communication skills.
