I applied online and then scheduled a call with their recruiter, Lauren. She's the most encouraging and considerate recruiter I've ever talked to, and she made my entire interview process frictionless. 2nd round was with Archil, their design director - briefly about my current work and their expectations for the role. 3rd round is app critique. 4th round is a portfolio presentation with the team. I had a 5th round with another team's manager because they don't see me as the best fit for the role I applied for, but a better fit for another team (same title) considering my skills. I appreciate the flexibility and actually had a great time talking to the manager(Yeki is awesome!). All of the interviewers are extremely friendly and respectful, and I could tell they are top-notch designers/design leaders that asked insightful questions. I didn't wait too long to hear back in each round as Lauren keeps me updated promptly and whenever I need her she's always there. Their compensation package is also decent. I'm not joining only because I prefer another team's product areas better.
