There was no "Process." I had a phone screen with the HR person, then she stated she was moving me forward. A Zoom call was set up for another interview, then two minutes into the interview time, I received an email to cancel and that she would reschedule. Now I've received this email saying I'm not a good fit. How would you know? Your interview process is dismal.
