I got a call thinking of providing inputs on contact center, but it turned out to be an interview. It took a very long time for the 2nd interview, but as usual there is no communication back from the HR team or others. All interviewed candidates don't make it into the organisation, but it's a etiquette for the HR team to share update on the candidature. More than 4 months passed and still did not hear back, which is not professional enough. I'm sure the team would learn to do it better.
