It took a couple weeks from the time I applied until I received an email letting me know they were considering me. The internal recruiter was great. We clicked immediately, and I really liked how she was open and honest about the search process and the hiring manager. There were several interview zooms, first with the hiring manager and then with peers and then with the director. Everyone was really nice. They knew how to look for potential/someone who could get up to speed, rather than filtering you out with trivia. Over the course of the interview process, it became absolutely clear that the company really cares its customers AND employees.
