Probably the most unprofessional employer I have dealt with when it comes to the interview process. I applied online and received an email in which I was asked to provide my availability for a phone screening. When I provided my availability, I received a response on whether I was a U.S. citizen or green card holder (despite my four-year work experience in the U.S. and the fact that my resume states I am fully authorized to work in the U.S.). Also, they sent me a back-to-back email asking me about my knowledge about PERM. All of this happened over email, even though I had already provided my availability for a phone call. My response to their email was sent on a Friday at 2pm. I did not receive a response until the following Monday at noon, only to let me know that the position had been filed.
