Interview was a three step process paving through general questionnaire, aptitude tests and specific civil engineering question rounds. It was a two times visit interview, for the tests, with the final selection news being told at the third visit along with discussions about salary, working hours and staff briefing. It was a well managed interview handled professionally by the staff with absolutely no waiting period and loss of time. The whole process was quick and effective.
