One of the best interview experiences overall! There were a total of 6 rounds, and all the rounds were scheduled in quick succession. The recruiter shared timely feedback and updates and was very accommodating. From the outset, the interview process was marked by a refreshing level of transparency. The entire interview panel shared comprehensive context on the position, its prospects, and how the role would contribute to the company's goals and objectives. After each round, they also took my feedback on how I felt about the process, my alignment and interest in the company and job's goals and objectives, and my attitude toward them. The interview panel was amongst the most experienced in the industry, with great journeys and personalities. The questions were mostly about my previous experience and impact, and they also shared a lot of context as to why this role is important and what the candidate can bring to the table.
