The first interview with HR was professional and friendly. I was told that I would be a good fit for the position they are searching and got invited to a second interview. Again, the interview went well and I was invited to visit the office in Berlin Mitte. Shortly before the time has come, it got rescheduled to the beginning of the new year. I was again told that I would be a good fit for the team. Several weeks passed. No feedback. Then, upon request, I got a call from the department saying that they had changed their mind. It would not make sense to get to know each other. In a nutshell, an unprofessional behaviour from my point of view to first give positive feedbacks and to propose an appointment, which is first postponed and then later completely canceled. Not recommended.
