The interview process went smooth, my first interview was over the phone and was great, we talked for about 30 minutes and shortly afterwards I was invited back for a second interview. My second interview was with the hiring manager and one of their IT guys, this interview went fantastic as well, all of us bonded well and at this point I was under the impression that a third interview was in the bag. I was invited back for a third and final interview with the head of HR and one of the owners of azpro. Until that interview was abruptly rescheduled last minute the day before Christmas break. Following the break I left both an email and a voicemail with the hiring manager and, to no avail, was left with no response until the following week, now more than three weeks past my original date for my third interview, and was told in a brief email that I was not selected for the position.
