No they did not. The questions are mostly about you, your motivation for the role, your interest in American Express, and you a explain a time when you were involved in a group scenario/project and explain your role in it. Nothing technical until you are invited for the assesment in their centre.

Yes. I got feedback and i was unsuccessful. They added that the selection is very tough and i did well but there were better candidates that present higher technical and communication qualities.
