Hiring process was fine. First I had a telephonic technical interview. 2nd round(F2F) was supposed to be managerial but it was more of technical, in the end it was good conversation. After 2nd round HR came to me saying everything looks good from organisation side and they ll tell me details within 1 or 2 days, but I never got any calls and when I dropped a mail to them to enquire about my candidature I got a reply saying "It's on hold but not rejected". I don't know what do it mean as it's 3 months since the interview but I never got any final word.
