A BP recruiter first reached out to apply as an intern through my school. First there was a HireVue interview - they had good practice questions to get acquainted with the experience of talking to yourself. A couple of weeks later a recruiter called to schedule an in-person interview. There were behavioral and technical questions. Both interviewers were male.
