Entrevista
Interview was mixture of behavioral and technical questions. Most of the question were asked to find if the personality fits with company culture. Since they have a rigorous training program for the entry level staff they just want to check if the candidate has the basic technical competencies. That's why getting through the first interview is crucial.

First we had a test, it had basic mcq questions from well logs and petroleum geosciences. then we were shortlisted to the interview. It was amazing, the interviewer was polite and helping. The interview was for 1 hour and I was given 3 slides of seismic section to look into and interpret.

There may or may not be an online 'screening call' followed by a 1-1.5 hour interview that is mostly behavioral with some technical (for example, look at a seismic line and tell us what you see)

Entrevista
I applied through the AAPG Student Expo in Houston. I talked to recruiters on Thursday afternoon and in the evening I was called to come back the next day for an interview which was a behavorial one. The questions were mainly centered around BP core values.
I received an invitation to the second stage of interview.
