There were 4 stages of the selection process: 1) Online Assessment The online assessment was fairly straightforward. Candidate will be presented a set of question ranging from Logical (IQ statement questions), Comprehension questions and Statistical questions. 2) Pre-recorded digital interview Mostly generic questions such as How would you contribute to the organization, What's your biggest regret yada yada. There were 8 questions I believe. 3) Online Technical interview This was a pretty challenging stage because you'll be interviewed by the Hiring Managers so it's quite daunting and you'll be asked to complete a few technical questions in front of them while sharing your screen. Just be prepared for Coding test (in my case, I had the option to choose whatever Language I'm comfortable with) and solve it within the given time. 4) Exploration Day (Group Assessment) This was one of the final stages. I only made it up till this stage. Overall, you'll meet other candidates and will be divided into teams and there will be tasks to be completed as a group and individually. Brainstorming sessions will be given to complete the respective tasks. Do analyze all the key points and present them in an efficient and concise manner. All the best!
