I was contacted by byrd recruiter via Linkedin. The process was very smooth - initial call, where I introduced myself and had a chance to know something more about company. Second, I call it "technical chat" - I was asked few questions and had a discussion about my previous experience. The last step (for me) was 1h+ pair coding exercise - not too hard, but demanding enough to prove you did some programming in the past. At the end there is optional feedback call, which I highly recommend to take - you get very helpful info and advice.
