Very friendly people, company tends to have great culture. Interview was difficult with a couple of technical questions. Personal fit is important as well but you can relax since they try to make the interview as comfortable as possible. The office is a nice old building in west berlin. They also offer benefits like regular off-sites or events with the team. Moreover, the company seems to have a very flat hirarchy with Juniors being involved a lot in the investment process.
