Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela deVere Group (Birmingham, Inglaterra) em mar. de 2016
Entrevista
The process was actually good, in fact it seemed too good, and so it was.
First a Webinar with Nigel Green, where he sells his company and huge earnings and career potential to you. Seems great, for sure he is a motivational/persuasive speaker.
Next 2 telephone interviews with recruitment manager and area manager where again everything is sold as fantastic.
Finally a face to face interview, with personality test before meeting, where the job is sold to me.
The process was good however at no point were the promises made granted. I enquired about pension benefits...told yes reality was no. I enquired about contracts...false information given which I realised only once I was committed and in Dubai. Enquired about day to day duties...lies again and cold called all day, simple as that. The reality was I felt that day 1 on the job but I was committed. Never accept a job with these people. The staff turn over is incredible as the process is skewed so you will always join, commit, and have little choice but to try and make it work.

Job briefing, Aptitude test and i was later called for an interview. They sell the company really well to be honest. The role is pretty much a telesales role. No finance experience or knowledge needed
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fui entrevistado pela deVere Group (Genebra) em abr. de 2017

The interview was ok. They'll tell you about the potential of making serious money, but honestly, it's highly unlikely that you will. That's statistically speaking of course. You have to watch a Nigel Green presentation. You have a phone interview and an in-person interview. Also a Skype interview

Pergunta 1
Typical interview questions. Nothing too fancy or tricky. Just be honest and you'll be fine. The skype interview is to go over the answers of the personality test you had to take. They'll go on about how great the company is, of course it's to be expected.
