Email, quick call, (financially irrelevant) questions and a completely easy, useless online test, I had to watch an online webinar from the CEO Mr. Green. Later one face to face in office. Person who hired me already left on my first working day...and some others too. So interview process was not really as expected...

Very accommodating and the members of deVere were very forthcoming with the job description. It was like having a regular conversation with the managers which put me at ease and let me be my authentic self.

there were general questions about the company, however the interview was them asking about my CV and my transferrable skills. They put a different spin on my career which gave it a positive outlook - which other companies haven't done before.

Entrevista
Initial HR interviews were followed by a 1 week academy course teaching you how to sell their products. At the end there was some exams and video uploads about yourself.
