The online application is very simple. The online tests was pretty simple if you clearly know what the company wants, you will tailor your answers to it. The telephone interview was intense, you have to be quick and speak in a clear manner because you are being judged on it. I have been invited to the graduate assessment centre, and I will be attending.

Entrevista
Quick process, initially screening CV and 3 30 word answers, then invited to a webinar where they give you more information about DeVere and the nature of the role (hard work, competitive). After this you complete a psychometric test which providing you know what they're looking for shouldn't be an issue. I just completed the Skype interview and have been invited to attend the final stage, an assessment centre this friday. The person interviewing was friendly and wanted to get to know me as a person, rather than trying to trick me or test my knowledge of financial advisory.
Not yet completed the assessment centre so can't say if I got an offer yet or not.

Entrevista
I applied online through the deVere website and was then received an invitation to the online webinar. The webinar is basically to give you more of an idea of what the role involves and how graduates that they have just employed are finding their experience at their training location in Malta.
The next stage is a multiple choice psychometric test. After that I was invited for a 15 minute telephone interview with their head of recruitment. The turnaround process was very quick.
I was then invited to the final assessment, although I received the invitation via before completing my telephone interview.
Postponed going to the assessment day as it clashed with other commitments. So as of now have not yet completed the process
