describe a project you led through completion, certifications, most complex employee relations scenario. Others, more technically HR related.

I answered these questions, but apparently, the interviewers were distracted, because based on their notes...and follow up to the recruiter- they only got about half of the answer. Also, don't come across as too high energy- apparently the HR department is looking for more low energy employees. No thanks. I shared a lot of examples about my work, but really felt like the people I was interviewing with tuned out during the process, and only heard the very most basic/easiest parts of my answers (ex: my "most complex" ER issue involved a new manager, employee with a ADA/medical/FMLA issue, poor performance, poor attendance, and communication/personal issues between the 2 of them...not the "attendance/punctuality" issue that the interviewer noted. ) Disappointed, as such a dynamic and growing company should be looking for high energy folks to help engage employees in HR. Oh well- disappointed, as I would have loved to help them grow...but the company I accepted an offer with will be the winner this time I guess.
