They are looking for you to ask clarifying questions to identify the scope, clearly define/segment the user groups (ie parents, bankers, 3 year olds) and to identify features that solve particular problems and ultimately rate those features by must have, want to have and nice to have with KPIs to measure performance. Going above and beyond would be charting the features that make it into MVP based on prioritization and identifying a few " moon shot" features...ie a VR component or something out there but shows creativity.
